AT CAPACITY 2024 Civil Rights Pilgrimage: Living Justice

September 30 – October 9, 2024 | Registration closed

PURPOSE

Our nation, community, and churches have experienced generations of racial injustice and inequity. Responses like the Civil Rights Movement, Black Lives Matter, and the backlash to them continue to shape our identity. This pilgrimage is rooted in the movements for racial justice and the people of courage who have gone before us. We will walk in their footsteps as we strengthen our own commitment to “strive for justice and peace among all people and to respect the dignity of every human being.” (Baptismal Covenant)
